how to irritate someone?

dial up any number- and say- " hello" "hello" tya santosh chha. ani tespachhi teta bata reply aaula wrong numberko.
and again dial up the same number and speak- "hello !! tya santosh chha.
and again repeat the same process for 5-6 times.
ani last ma chahi 7th/8th time same number dial garera k bhanne thaha chha- hello! ma samjhana boleko, mero laagi tya call aako thyo?????
hehe how'zzz dat?????????
wat say u? how can we irritate someone?
